# Disclaimers, Provenance and Liability

**Built with Claude Opus 4.8. This is an index, not a medical resource.**

## What this is

This directory is a *derived index* of case reports published by the PaJR /
user-driven healthcare community. It records, for each report, only: the public URL,
a SHA-256 of the article text as read, the date of reading, and clinical vocabulary
derived from it. **It stores and reproduces no patient narrative, no image, and no
identifiable data.**

## Source, ownership and consent

The indexed work belongs to its authors and to PaJR Health Private Limited, not to the
maintainers of this index.

- Origin corpus: the public PaJR blogs and the curated database at
 https://research.pajrhealth.com/
- Governing terms: https://pajrhealth.com/community-guidelines/ (Terms & Conditions,
v1.0, 1 May 2026; governing law England & Wales; DPDP Act 2023; IT Act 2000)
- Consent instrument: https://pajrhealth.com/consent-form/ (informed, revocable
consent; deidentification before any publication or indexing)
- Archived copies (for permanence, in case the originals move):
 - Terms: https://archive.is/Wup0y
 - The above URLs should also be captured at https://web.archive.org/ at index time.

Per the PaJR Terms §5, health data on the platform is deidentified and made
publicly available in anonymised form for research. This index operates strictly on
that already-published, already-deidentified layer. It performs its own additional
identifier screening on top (removing names, contacts, dates and digit-bearing tokens
before any term is derived), but it does not and cannot re-identify anyone, and it
adds no data of its own.

## No medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or a clinical opinion. It does not create a
doctor-patient relationship. In an emergency call 112 (India) or 999 (UK). Any
AI-assisted feature merely opens a conversation against a third-party assistant of the
reader's choosing; per the PaJR Terms §9, LLM output can be wrong (hallucination,
misinterpretation) and must be verified against the primary record and with qualified
professionals.

## Consent, minting and takedown

- **Nothing here has been minted.** Proposed metadata records are drafts for the
authors; the intent to publish or mint a DOI is theirs alone.
- **Nothing is published without a recorded consent string** naming who agreed, when,
 and to what.
- **Takedown is immediate.** Any author, patient or advocate may request removal of any
entry by opening an issue on the repository or contacting PaJR Health; the entry and
its derived terms will be removed without question.
- Individuals may withdraw consent at any time via the PaJR consent process; this index
honours any such withdrawal on notification.

## Limitation of liability

This index is provided "as is", for research and educational reference, with no
warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers accept
no liability arising from its use, from reliance on any derived term, or from any
third-party assistant a reader chooses to consult. Use is governed by the CC BY-NC-SA
4.0 licence (see LICENSE) and, as to the underlying corpus, by the PaJR Terms above.

## Relationship to other work

This index is third-party material. It may be *used by* Project VIKRAM, TWISHA and
related initiatives where the PaJR licence permits, but it is **never bundled with, or
represented as part of, the maintainers' own independent IP** — whether that IP is open
source or proprietary. It stands alone, under the corpus's own licence.
